Webinars can take a number of forms, from pre-recorded presentations to live, interactive sessions on all and any video conferencing platform of your choice. In no way are we bound to any specific platform and in fact we can run an event across a combination of video conferencing platforms and pre-recorded video streaming services.
Sessions can display across your event pages in any number of locations, and can also be promoted in specific areas according to their content. For example, you might want to display your Keynote or sponsored sessions on the front page of your event, with the full agenda available via the navigation menu. If you have a large number of sessions, we can include search filters, as with all content at your event.
Once a webinar is clicked we can either direct the user straight to the session, or you could first route them through a holding page to include a more detailed breakdown of the session along with sponsorship, videos, event specific downloads, slide decks and of course discussion. If you don’t love this display, we’ll create a new one that works for you.
